RESEARCH ON ON-LINE TEMPERATURE MONITORING OF SEVERE POINT ON MEMBRANE WATER WALL OF ULTRA-SUPERCRITICAL BOILER

It is important to monitor on line the severe points of boiler water wall, especially supercritical or ultra-supercritical. In general it is very difficult to monitor. On the basis of the result of numerical simulation to the temperature fields of the membrane water wall tube, the paper puts forward a monitoring method that is fit for the supercritical and ultra-supercritical boiler. The temperature fields of the membrane water wall tube can be gotten by numerical simulation under lots of work conditions in advance. Based on the temperature fields the formulations about the temperature difference of three key points on back side and two severe points on fire side can be fit out. Based on the formulations the temperature of two severe points will be known promptly by monitoring the three key points’ temperature.
