The invention relates to an aero-engine operation standard cycle automatic calculation method. The method comprises the steps that aero-engine rotating speed signals in the data of a test bed data acquisition system are acquired so that the test rotating speed course of an aero-engine is obtained; engine rotating speed is divided into main cycles, subcycles and sub-subcycles according to the peak value and the valley value of the rotating speed of the engine in the test rotating speed course of the engine, and statistics is performed on the number of the main cycles, the number of the subcycles and the number of the sub-subcycles in the test rotating speed course of the engine; and standard number of cycles in operation of the aero-engine is calculated according to a standard cycle calculation formula and the number of the main cycles, the number of the subcycles and the number of the sub-subcycles in the test rotating speed course of the engine. The problems that artificial calculation of the standard number of cycles of the aero-engine is high in workload and error-prone can be solved so that automatic identification can be realized, labor and time can be saved and errors can be reduced, and thus the basis can be provided for accurate statistics of engine life.
