다물체 동역학을 이용한 Spring Type 진공회로 차단기의 캠윤곽 최적설계

In recent, the size of spring type vacuum circuit breaker becomes smaller and smaller for the purpose of reducing costs. To improve the efficiency of the VCB, it is important to design the cam profile. In this research, a systematic approach through the experiment and computer-based dynamic analysis for VCB is carried out. RecurDyn program is employed for the multi-body dynamic simulation. The simulation results show good agreements to experiments according to stem displacements and rotating angle of brake shaft. In order to improve the performance of the closing mechanism, the cam profile is optimized through the multibody dynamics simulation
