Thermal Deformation Analysis and a Novel Error Measurement Proposal for Gear Hobbing Machine Tools

The thermal deformation phenomenon of gear hobbing machine tools and the effect of gear machine accuracy caused by thermal deformation are analyzed.A novel thermal deformation error measurement scheme of gear hobbing machine tools is proposed,which can measure the position deviation between hobbing cutter and workpiece entirely and effectively.it is means significant in theory and practice.
