The invention overcomes the problems of subjectivity and one-sidedness commonly existing in a process of synchronously recognizing dynamic equivalence at the present stage, and ensures that the traditional single decision is changed into the multi-attribute comprehensive decision in the process of synchronization recognition, thus the accuracy of the synchronization recognition is improved and the dynamic equivalence effect is improved.
