Compensation of high-frequency effects in continuous-time filters using MRCs

A novel passive compensation method is proposed to realize high-frequency continuous-time filters using differential current-integrators with MOS resistive circuits (MRCs). Since the proposed method requires only relative accuracies of element values, it is quite suitable for monolithic implementation of high frequency filters. SPICE simulations confirm the validity of the proposed compensation method.<<ETX>>
