Mechanical & Electronic Service System Based on On-line Analytical Processing

Signal processing is a key techineque in the field of machinery equipment fault diagnosis.It plays an important role in transforming the measured signal and extracting the sensitive symptom of the fault.Current problems in the processing and analysis of the maintenance of machinery equipment are pointed out.The outline of on-line analytical processing and data mining is briefly introduced.On-line monitoring data system model with star data patterns is developed which based on OLAP and data mining.Based on Client/Server(C/S) structure,the system is capable of effectively analyzing and forecasting the on-line monitoring data of machinery equipment and get satisfactory result which can support vibration and mechanical electronic on-line monitoring.
