Testing methodology for optic coupler devices based-on DSP system

An efficient method for weak signal detection by wavelet transform is presented in this paper.The method is raised up on the basis of Mallat's pyramidal algorithms.The method for weak signal detection under DSP system is proposed,and the detection of optic couplers G0103 is experimentally simulated.The results show that the detecting method proposed in this paper is fairly effective for identifying the low frequency noise in optic couplers,and is advantageous over the classical time-domain or frequency-domain detecting method,exact and intuitive.
