A circular parking tower is provided to park a vehicle from all 360 degrees of the tower by having vehicle waiting spaces, where the vehicle to be parked or vehicle to exit out of the tower is temporarily placed, are disposed around a vehicle entering or exiting floor of the building, and to park the vehicles precisely within limited parking cells of the tower by installing a lifting table and a transporting unit. A circular parking tower comprises a center space(S), a lifting table(400) capable of being raised or rotated by a lifting unit(300) and a rotatory unit(200), parking cells(110) radially disposed from the center space on each of the floors, and a transporting unit parking or extracting a parked vehicle. A vehicle entering and exiting floor(120) where vehicles enter or exit the parking tower has vehicle waiting spaces(121) on all 360 degrees, allowing the vehicles to be parked or exit from all directions. The transporting unit includes a boat, an operating unit, center aligning cylinders, and buffering bars. The boat has a space for accommodating the vehicle and has plural non-motored rollers for rotating the vehicle left or right. The operating unit, installed on the lifting table, moves the boat to the vehicle waiting space or to the parking cells from the lifting table or vice versa. The center aligning cylinders, installed on two front and two back ends of the boat, provides the driving power to align the vehicle. The buffering bars are moved by the cylinders and push the wheels of the vehicle from the sides. Plural cell sensors(141) are installed on frames(130) at each of the floors and detect the position of the lifting tables. The frames support the rails for the lifting table. Plural rotatory angle sensors are installed on each of the parking cells and on vehicle waiting spaces. The rotatory angle sensors detect the position of the detecting piece installed at the center of the lifting table, so as to position the center of the lifting table to be aligned to the center of the parking cell.
