Transmitting power adjustment method based on group user terminals and base station

The invention provides a transmitting power adjustment method based on group user terminals and a base station. The method comprises the following steps: after a downlink radio link failure message sent by a first group user terminal of a first group is received, first transmitting power which is currently corresponding to the first group is increased to obtain second transmitting power, and the second transmitting power remains unchanged within a specified time; the number of group user terminals in the first group which send downlink radio link failure messages within the specified time is counted, and power adjustment proportion is obtained according to the counted number and the total number of the group user terminal in the first group; and the second transmitting power is adjusted according to the power adjustment proportion. By the technical scheme, downlink communication quality of the group user terminals is guaranteed by appropriate adjustment of the transmitting power, and waste of resources which is caused by frequent reconfiguration of resources is minimized.
