Abstract The paper which is Part 2 of ref. [1] is devoted to comparison of two ways of optimization criterion sensitivity computations: the difference method and the adjoint process method. Theoretical estimates and numerical comparison data are given which show significant advantage of the adjoint process method in terms of computation time, accuracy and reliability.
