Each of Railway operating companies has own training institute by own education programs and plan such as internal class, external outsourcing class and online class program. And this programs has that compulsory education, task education, leadership education etc, for improvement of ability to executives and staff. However, railway operator has many structural and organization problems such as working patterns, labor shortage, outsourcing environment, so not easy too weak institutional strategy of educational system part such as roles of job, levels, behavioral index to education and train management for effective and systematic human resource development and upgrade ability. Necessary to efficient management plan and maximize effectiveness of education via study of education system application for upgrade a knowledge, technique, level to railway staff work and correspondence national policy by compliance with below system which are Ministry of Employment and Labor and Human Resources Development has recently prosecuted the National Competency Standards (NCS) system and Ministry of land, infrastructure and transport has managed the Railway Safety Management system.. Expect to contribution to nurture a brilliant professional railway expert by establishment of substance the education system through study of education system application for improve ability and human resource development of railway operator staff.
