Going Paperless with Online Quizzes and Tests
暂无分享,去创建一个
In this Electronic Mini-workshop, the presenters will demonstrate how teachers can put their quizzes and tests online with Google Forms. By using a relatively recent function in Google Forms, teachers can create quizzes and tests for learners to take on computers and mobile devices. Participants will be guided on how they can make their own quizzes and how they can adjust the settings for grading and feedback according to their own needs. The presenters will demonstrate how they have implemented electronic quizzes in a pilot study for several EFL classes at a medium-sized Tokyo university. The results support some of the advantages of a paperless classroom as described by De Bonis & De Bonis (2011). Specifically, improving the learning experience, facilitating asynchronous learning and contribution to sustainability were all achieved to varying degrees. This workshop will also be of use to researchers and institutional program managers who want to gather large amounts of data from their respondents in a manner that is efficient and ready for analysis.
