Calibration of low-voltage AC-DC transfer standards at LNE in the frequency range from 10 Hz to 1 MHz

This paper describes the procedure recently introduced at LNE to calibrate low-voltage AC-DC transfer standards from 10 Hz to 1 MHz. Especially, a set of micropotentiometers is under development in order to take into account the voltage level dependence of the standards during the step-down procedure. Uncertainties of the order of 50 μV/V at 10 mV/1 MHz are expected. First measurement results are presented.
