Reflections on the Web-based Course Assessment in Grass-root Radio and TV Universities

The assessment of the Web-based courses has such functions as strengthening formative assessment,supervising the students and increasing communication.Through the Web-based course assessment,the grass-root radio and TV universities can change the students' learning attitude,stimulate students to learn actively,promote fair test,improve teachers' responsibility and teaching standards.Meanwhile,there are still some problems in the following aspects: difficulty of teaching,teachers,students and the construction of network courses.The paper proposes to do pre-assessment training,establish course reform pilot,and standardize formative assessment management.
