Condensate energy saving control technology based on pressure self-adaptive

Based on pressure self-adaptive,a condensate energy saving control technology was proposed.By improving condensate pump and deaerator level control strategy,the fluctuation of condensate pump outlet pressure and deaerator level became small.By decreasing the outlet pressure set point of condensate pump around the constrained condition of operators,the current of condensate pump was also decreased.The application of a 1000 MW unit shows that the strategy can achieve good energy saving results.The comprehensive energy saving efficiency can be increased 10%～30%.
