Circuit for improving reliability of primary power switch device in step-up circuit

A circuit of in cerasing the reliability of booster circuit main power switch components relates to the reliability of the rectify circuit of the communication power source power factor containing a frequency dividing circuit and a driving circuit, the control circuit outputs a series of pulse driving signals with frequency to get, the pulse driving signals with the two circuit frequency of f/2 after treatment by the frequency dividing circuit. The said pulse driving signals are connected to the grid of IGBT of the main power switch tubes or the base pole of MOSFET separately to make the mainpower switch components work alternately in parallel to divide current equal and lower the current stress borne by singel tube to increase the working reliability of the booster circuit.
