THE DELPHI METHOD, IV: EFFECT OF PERCENTILE FEEDBACK AND FEED-IN OF RELEVANT FACTS,

Abstract : Two variations in the form of feedback in Delphi exercises are investigated: the effect of feeding back the percentile location of an individual's answer in the group distribution and the effect of presenting the respondent with a single additional relevant fact. Experiments were set up to compare the improvement in responses to 20 general information type questions between two groups that received different feedback. (Author)
