IMPLANTAÇÃO DO BALANCED SCORECARD: ESTUDO DE CASO EM EMPRESA DE CONSULTORIA

This paper shows a study case of Balanced Scorecard - BSC in a small consulting company. The methodology use, at first, is focused on bibliographic review of BSB main concepts. The companys strategic development, the strategic map building, the performance indicators, as well as, the existing correlations of these indicators will take place afterwards. Indeed there is correlation among the indicators and influences the execution and the BSC results. Therefore, the understanding of the existing relations among the performance measures is pivotal in order to guarantee the strategic goals .
