Feedback invariants of matrices with prescribed rows

Abstract Let A ¯ ∈ F n × n , B ¯ ∈ F n × m , where F is an arbitrary field. In this paper we solve the problem of the existence of the matrix A ¯ B ¯ when its feedback invariants and some rows are prescribed.
