Research on the strategy of voltage sag comprehensive management based on supply and demand coordination

This paper proposes a comprehensive strategy based on the coordination of users and power system to make up for the lack of coordination between power supply and demand. To the grid, in order to accurately identify the weak area of the grid, line selection model bases on net present value (NPV) method is established. To the users, transformation revenue quantification model is established, and the mitigation capacity of dynamic voltage restorer (DVR) is taken as the optimization variable and the maximum users' benefit is taken as the objective. Considering the investment and loss of the two sides, the transformation benefit objective function and comprehensive transformation optimization model are established combined with the NPV method, and it is derived by using the chained agent genetic algorithm (CAGA). The simulation analysis in IEEE-30 system verifies the effectiveness of the proposed strategy.
