Ontological Approach to the Construction of Multi-Agent Systems for the Maintenance Supporting Processes of Production Equipment

The paper is devoted to the application of ontological engineering for the synthesis of supporting systems for the maintenance of production equipment as a conceptual basis for a multi-agent system. It is proposed to increase the efficiency of production at industrial enterprises by ensuring the reliability of production equipment by developing and implementing technology for information support of its maintenance processes in the aspect of providing spare parts. At the same time, efficiency is provided by reducing the time spent on urgent repairs of production equipment. The method of informational support of providing spare parts processes for production equipment of an industrial enterprise is described, which, unlike existing ones, makes it possible to determine the range of spare parts in an enterprise warehouse, and to order spare parts on the basis of Internet technology of things. It is shown the structure of the data on industrial situations ontological model, which occurred as a result of production equipment failures, that ensured the construction of appropriate information structures on the basis of a precedent approach. It is proposed to use the technology of intelligent agents to implement information support for the technical diagnostics of production equipment as elements of the Internet of things conception.
