용접H형강보의 내력 및 변형에 관한 실험적 연구(2) ( An Experimental Study on the Strength and Deformation of Welded H-Beam )

This paper is aimed for the load carrying capacity and load-deflection relationship of welded H-beam under moment gradient. In the experiment, 8 pairs of specimens are used with varying the width-thickness ratio of the flange and web plate, transverse stiffener spacing. As the important factors which govern the strength and deformation of beams, lateral buckling and local buckling are considered. Particularly, in the cases of the thin welded H-beams, the transverse stiffeners play an important role in the strength. The theoretical analysis of the load carrying capacity of beams was based on the failure models of flange local buckling and web local buckling from experimental results.
