854 Gb/s superchannel InP transmitter and receiver photonic integrated circuits utilizing real-time detection of PM-8QAM

We demonstrate 854.4 Gb/s, polarization multiplexed 8QAM, superchannel monolithic InP transmitter and receiver photonic integrated circuits (10 wavelengths at 14.24 Gbaud) with real-time detection, using coherent ASICs.
