Reference frame composing and indexing apparatus and method

PURPOSE: A reference frame composing and indexing apparatus and a method thereof are provided to allocate a reference frame index according to the processing method. CONSTITUTION: A reference image configuration and indexing apparatus(400) comprise a reference image configuration unit(410) and an index assignment unit(420). The reference image configuration processes the reference image through various different methods. The reference image configuration part arranges the reference frame by the processing method. The index assignment unit allocates the reference frame index by the reference image configuration part.
