Visualization and Cognitive Graphics in Medical Scientific Research

The aim of the research is to apply methods of structural analysis of multidimensional data using different approaches to visualizing the results of experimental studies. To solve applied problems, the authors used NovoSparkVisualizer (demo) system, as well as the R scripting language. The leading approach to the study of this problem is the mapping of multidimensional experimental data in the form of generalized graphic images on the basis of original methods and approaches developed by the authors. The paper presents the results of solving two applied problems illustrating the effectiveness of the method for visualization of multidimensional experimental data: (1) analysis of the dynamics of the physiological state of pregnant women; (2) study of breathing parameters in patients with bronchial asthma.
