Study of Monitoring Parameter Selection Based on AHP for LRE in Ground Test

It is an important and basic issue to choose monitoring parameters of Liquid propellant Rocket Engine(LRE) monitoring system in ground test.According to the statistic characteristics of steady parameters and the faults frequently happened in LRE ground test, after analyzing the sensitivity and correlation of monitoring parameters to faults, usability of the sensors and the correlation of measured parameters, the hierarchy models consisting of project layer, criterion layer and object layer for selecting monitoring parameters were established.Based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),and with the help of the models, monitoring parameters to monitor the operation condition of LRE in ground test were evaluated, compared and optimized. Finally, the monitoring parameters were determined. The verification with the test data and simulation data of LRE ground test faults shows that the monitoring parameter set determined can supervise satisfactorily the change of LRE operation condition, and also shows that it is reasonable and practicable to use AHP selected monitoring parameters for LRE monitoring system in ground test.
