[Isolated ovarian metastasis of primary gallbladder carcinoma with estrogen and androgen production].

The rare case of an isolated ovarian metastasis of a primary adenocarcinoma of the gallbladder is reported: the ovarian metastasis was associated with androgen and estrogen production. The differential diagnoses are discussed.
