Dynamic Stabilization of an Under-Actuated Robot Using Inertia of the Transfer Leg

This paper presents the first theoretical tools to control an underactuated robot by taking into account its intrinsic dynamics and by directly modifying the dynamic effects generated by the robot if the measured velocity of the robot is not the desired one.
