The invention relates to a linear accelerator and an impact machine, which comprises a level linear rail and a test carriage, wherein the test carriage is seated on the rail through the rotating wheel, which forms the test structure of the level linear rail movement. It is characterized in that the front of the test carriage is connected with a stretch cord; the other end of the stretch cord is fixed on the fixed object in front of the test carriage; the rear end of the test carriage is connected with a dragline and a brake line; the other end of the dragline is connected with the winch or a drag mechanism; the middle of the dragline is concatenated with an electromagnetic clutch and a chest dial gauge; the other end of the brake line is connected with a brake apparatus.
