Standardized Operational Management of Medical Cooperative Projects in Military Hospital

Based on the analysis of the practice of carrying out medical cooperative projects special rectification activities,the author summarized the weak links and problems in the item management.Then some points and measures about standardized management were put forward,so as to provide some references for the operational management of medical cooperation projects in military hospitals.
