Electrically Controllable Liquid Artificial Dielectric Media

New work is reported on electric field controlled liquid dielectrics demonstrating their application in control devices at 35 and 95 GHz. Liquid artificial dielectric design approaches and performance prediction are also discussed, with emphasis on electronic beam steering of millimeter-wave antennas.
