Research on Vibrating Control of Hydraulic Semi-active Suspension Considering Engine and Passenger-seat System

Based on the study of the 1/2 fuzzy controlled vehicle semi-active suspension,considering the factors such as engine and passenger-seat system,an automotive dynamic model of body-seat-occupant 4-DOF 1/4 body was created.A parameters-self-tuning fuzzy PID controller for the semi-active hydraulic suspension of the 1/4 body was designed,and the relative simulation was performed with MATLAB/SIMULINK software.The result shows that(1) the excitation of high-frequency constant engine has little effect on acceleration of the vehicle seats;(2) the fuzzy PID controller is more self-adaptable than fuzzy controller,therefore the ride comfort of the vehicle is better.
