This valve is particularly robust and long-lasting due to the absence of a membrane between the tire pressure and the atmosphere. It comprises a valve 50 with a seat 16 integral with the body tap and with which cooperates a valve 26 mounted on a control piston 21. the latter is exposed to the pressure on both sides 24, 25 opposed and loaded in the closing direction by a spring 29. the action of this spring is opposed by a driven discharge force from a moving surface 42 acted upon by pressure and separating a pressure chamber 33, receiving the pressure of the adjusting device, a discharge chamber 34 connected to the atmosphere or wherein prevails a vacuum.
