New paradigm for developing software for E-business

When developing software, the very first step is to convert the user requirements into a complete specification. We put a lot of emphasis in getting this specification right. When we develop software using a traditional approach, we know that if we have to change the specifications at a later date it is going to be expensive. The business organisations are not static, but they are evolving. Thus their need to store, access, share and process information is also changing. This is making it hard for a business organisation to fully specify the software requirement to integrate their information-based processes.
