The utilization and exploration on the library digital resource of our university

The paper probes into the problem of how to improve the utilization ratio of digital resource in our college library,and analyze the reasons of the low utilization ratio of digital resource in our collegee library,and then some proposals are presented to increase the utilization ratio of digital resource.
