Flat and Coherent Supercontinuum Generation in Si3N4 Slot Waveguide with All-Normal Dispersion

A >400-nm flat and coherent supercontinuum is generated across E, S, C, L and U bands from 1355–1756 nm, by launching a 100-fs 10-kW hyperbolic secant pulse in 5-mm Si3N4 slot waveguide with all-normal dispersion.
