On the Use of Phase Characteristics for Signal Source Localization

This paper presents the effect of using phase characteristics for signal source localization. Conventional algorithms often pay attention only to the amplitude characteristics of complex vectors and do not attract phase characteristics. Recalling that phase characteristics play an important role in signal and image processing, we expect that they would also be efficient for source localization problems. We study how we deal with phase characteristics for source localization, and show some simulation results.
