Study on electronic laboratory of power economy by intelligent engineering

There are lots of uncertainty issues in power economy such as policy study, decision making and so on, which are very difficult to be modeled by mathematic way. It is more useful if there is an electronic laboratory to do the policy test before making decision in the computer, just like to do physical experiment in laboratory. It was studied in the last few decades. Artificial Intelligence, Neural Networks, Fuzzy Logic and Agent were used separately on that with some progress. However, there was no successful application in electronic laboratory. The main challenge is the difficulty of modeling human's experiences in the system. This paper studied the Intelligent Engineering combined with Artificial Intelligence, Neural Networks and Fuzzy Logic. Intelligent Space, the fundamental of intelligent engineering, was used in this paper as a base of the electronic laboratory. A policy test on demand side management is shown in the paper.
