A concept of design and construction of a real time dynamical digital TV-frame-storage-memory is presented. Features of the system include- real time dynamical arithmetic and logic operations based on a prototype configuration of a single frame store capacity, and microprocessor control; random and individual access to every pixel; image scaling operations based on time multiplexing and partition; synchronization with TV-camera operation and synchronism with microprocessor control. Design and implementation is oriented to transient studies by recourse to memory partition. External frame triggering and stroboscopic illumination permits selection of a time interval for analysis. Relevant principles of operation and construction are detailed. Potencial applications are outlined.
