EVALUATION OF A SUCCESSFUL MODEL OF LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS: AN EMPIRICAL STUDY IN CHILE

This study uses the DeLone and McLean information systems success model to determine the success of a learning management system. A survey in person to 258 Chilean students was used to evaluate the proposed research model. The analysis is based on structural equation approach based on the variance. The results indicate that the research model explains the use (R 2 = 0.25), the user satisfaction (R 2 = 0.51), and the perceived benefits of learning management system (R 2 = 0.41).
