in the paper, the different theoretical bases for the two kinds of safety protective mode i. e. jumper cable and insulated flange and the developing trend were expounded, the opinions for improving the internal petroleum terminal were raised. The usage method of applying the insulated flange and insulated hose to the terminals of steel structure, wooden structure and concrete structure were also introduced in' it.
