이온성 액체 단일추진제 추력기 해외 및 국내 동향

Ionic liquids are of interest propellant which is an alternative of hydrazine monopropellant due to its higher performance. Researches on ionic liquid were conducted in few decades in USA, Europe, and some Asian countries. Recently, American company and NASA showed significant improvement in hydroxylammonium nitrate (HAN) research, and HAN thruster using AF-M315E propellant will be tested in space in 2016. Swedish Space Agency developed Ammonium DiNitramide (ADN) propellant named as LMP-103S, they conducted performance test ADN thruster as a subsystem in PRISMA satellite. ADN thruster will be employed in Google"s Skybox-3 satelltie fleet. In Korea, there was an attempt to develop HAN thruster and its relevant technologies.
