The isobar degrees of freedom in the non-unitary model operator approach

The binding energy of 4He is calculated according to the non-unitary model operator approach with a healing condition. The effect of N*(1234) is included by using the Reid soft-core potential in the 3S1-3D1 channel while in the 1S0-5D0 channel the above potential is modified by the transition potential of Green, Niskanen and Sainio (1978).
