Application of TLMZC-D/100 Sampling and Preparation Device at Coal Dressing Plant of Gushuyuan Coal Mine

The quality monitoring and testing of coal washing and dressing process at coal dressing plant of Gushuyuan coal mine all depend on manual work,which have large deviation and cannot meet the standard requirements.Using TLMZC-D/100 sampling and preparation device at the middle of conveyor belt to automation sampling for upper-coal stream,realize the functions of mechanizing and standard sampling.It not only improves the typical and normative of sampling and preparation,guides production correctly,but also reduces the strength of manual work.
