2홀 2분류와 4홀 2분류 타입 가솔린 인젝터의 분무 동적 거동 비교

The fuel spray characteristics as important factors of engine performance improve the fuel economical efficiency and it reduces the emission gas. The decrease of droplet size reduces unburned hydrocarbon occurrence generally. Atomization characteristics of the fuel are important with like this reason. It has related with the type of the DOHC(Double Over Head Cam-shaft) injectors from the previous researches. Mean droplet size and optical concentration of the fuel spray in accordance with various conditions were measured by LDPA (Laser Diffraction Particle size Analyzer). This study, the variation of droplet size and optical concentration could be used for understanding the behavior of unsteady spray, conducted the existing small droplets in accordance with each injection pressure and could be estimated to the development of wall film conformed. This study was compared with and analyzed for 4-holes 2-sprays injector in basic, it did a fuel injection period, injection pulse width, spraying location and injection pressure. Also, it was compared to and tried to analyze 2-holes 2-sprays and 4-holes 2-sprays type injector.
