Reasons for employees need justice from legal bodies: A rough set approach

People work in different organizations to maintain their family and give their time and energy for the growth of the organization. In the process, they need proper justice from their employer in different points of time so far as their benefit is concerned. But many cases it is found that the justice is either denied or delayed. So they move to legal bodies for getting justice which is detrimental to both the employees and the employer. In this work, rough set approach is used to find the most important attributes responsible for this type of scenario in different establishments.
