Research on Energy Spectrum and Tube Voltage Measurement of a Portable Industrial X-ray Generator

A portable industrial X-ray machine is researched,the stability of the tube voltage and tube current and the dose rate of the reference position on beam direction are measured. The energy resolution and calibration factor are calculated by calibration of the HPGe spectrometer with four source including57Co、109Cd、55Fe and241Am. The precise tube voltage value is obtained by the X-ray energy spectrum measurement with the spectrometer,the calibration factor was acquired by the method that tube voltage value measured by precision digital voltmeter.
