A Frequency Offset Estimation Scheme for OFDM Based UWB Systems

Frequency offset estimation is one of the crucial stages for frequency synchronization in OFDM based systems such as MB-OFDM UWB systems. A frequency offset estimation scheme is proposed for coarse frequency offset estimate. Variance of the proposed frequency offset estimated scheme is compared with the Cramer Rao lower bound (CRLB). BER performance of the proposed scheme is also reported
