Power allocation and modulation in MIMO system with channel mean feedback

In this paper, we use the mean feedback model to describe the CSI at the transmitter in MIMO systems and propose a dynamic power allocation scheme combined with adaptive modulation. This scheme resolves both power allocation and adaptive modulation problems in MIMO system. It is practical as well as simple. The simulation results show that this scheme achieves a large capacity while maintaining a certain system QoS.
